ScoredByAI is sold to businesses: agencies, consultants and business owners. It is not a consumer service.
We ask ChatGPT the kind of questions local customers ask, many times over, and count how often a business gets recommended. A report shows that share with a confidence interval, the competitors that came up instead, and where the answers were sourced from.
These are probabilistic observations of a model that keeps changing, not a guarantee of anything. The same market measured again can come out differently, and that is information rather than a defect. Nothing in a report is a promise of rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, and no result is guaranteed.
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for OpenAI, Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor.
We measure businesses in the United States only.
Keep your password to yourself: anything done from your account counts as done by you. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.
You may pass reports to your own clients under your own brand, which is what the white-label view is for. What you may not do is resell access to the service itself, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend an account for abuse or for unpaid invoices.
Plans are monthly and invoiced in advance through our billing partner Mellow, at the prices shown on the site when you buy. Invoices are paid by bank transfer. Monitoring does not wait for the payment to land.
You can cancel at any time in the portal. Monitoring and reports keep running to the end of the period you already paid for, nothing is billed after that, and reports already delivered stay readable at their links.
If we never delivered a report for a period you paid for, we refund that period. A report we already delivered is not refundable. Cancelling stops future invoices and leaves your access running to the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled by hand: write to legal@scoredbyai.com, tell us what happened, and we arrange the return with our billing partner. Nothing here limits a refund the law requires us to give.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that measurements are complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We can change the service and these terms. If a change matters, we email account holders and update the date on this page; carrying on with the service after that means you accept the new version, and if you do not, cancel and the paid period runs out as usual.
You can leave at any time. We can end the agreement if you break these terms or leave an invoice unpaid, and we will tell you first where that is practical.
This is a short-form agreement written for early access. It does not set out a governing law or a court, and a fuller agreement will replace it. Until then, if something is not covered here, write to legal@scoredbyai.com and we will sort it out in writing.
